1. Against

We need the road issues solved before we put more cars on these already
congested streets. Let's first get more roads, then we can answer this.

2. Against

We moved into this part of Riverbend because there were no row houses and
because there was green space. If FTHB comes to Brookview, why would one
stay? This is inappropriate housing for that section and this area.

3. Against

It can take 15-20 min to drive out of the Brookview area to the Terwillegar turnoff
in rush hour. The drive should take 3 min. The city has developed this area
of Riverbend but has not provided adequate road system.

4. For

This is not a survey. It is an attempt to gain support for your pre-conceived campaign against FTHB.

5. Against

Traffic in bad weather is already a nightmare! Doubtful these homebuyers would be able to afford the yearly mandatory BCAL fees as all other homeowners
need to pay.
